Recent National Weather Service and private forecasts for Miami on September 7 project afternoon highs near 88–90°F amid typical early-September humidity and sea-breeze patterns. Afternoon thunderstorm development, driven by daytime heating and abundant moisture, frequently caps peak readings by increasing cloud cover and evaporative cooling. Historical normals place the average daily maximum around 89–90°F, with model consensus showing limited potential for stronger ridging that could push values into the low 90s. Trader emphasis on the 90–91°F bin reflects these stable conditions and modest upside risk from any delay in storm initiation, while lower bins price in the high likelihood of convective cooling. Updated model runs and NHC/NOAA guidance through the weekend will refine timing of any seabreeze or thunderstorm activity.
