Jan Choinski enters this Roland Garros qualifying match as the clear favorite against lower-ranked Andres Andrade, buoyed by his career-high ATP ranking near 104 and a strong recent win over Zsombor Piros on clay in Zagreb. The 29-year-old Brit brings substantial experience on the surface, including prior French Open qualifying appearances, along with a 196 cm frame that aids serve and net play on the slow Parisian courts. Andrade, ranked around 210, has shown solid clay form this season with a 70% win rate but arrives after a straight-sets loss in Zagreb and limited main-tour exposure. With no prior head-to-head history, the matchup hinges on Choinski's superior baseline consistency and rest advantage heading into the first-round qualifier.
