Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Official National Weather Service observations at Miami International Airport (KMIA) confirm the lowest temperature on May 14 reached 74-75°F, recorded during pre-dawn hours amid persistent warm, humid conditions that limited radiational cooling. High dewpoints near 73°F, light southerly winds, and partial cloud cover—consistent with recent GFS and ECMWF model outputs—prevented sharper drops, aligning with South Florida's mid-May climatological normals of around 73°F minimums. Trader consensus reflects this strong evidence from verified hourly data, implying 100% probability for this outcome. Realistic challenges are minimal, limited to rare post-preliminary quality control revisions by NOAA, which occur in under 1% of cases for major stations like KMIA; final daily climate summary expected within 24 hours.
