Elmer Moeller enters this Zagreb Challenger semifinal on clay with momentum from a straight-sets quarterfinal win over Andres Andrade, leveraging his strong baseline game and recent career-high ranking near 153. The 22-year-old Dane has posted consistent results on slower surfaces this season, while 26-year-old Zsombor Piros, ranked around 163, brings more match experience but has recorded mixed outcomes with fewer deep runs. Head-to-head patterns favor Moeller in extended rallies typical of clay, though Piros could capitalize on any scheduling fatigue. Both players show solid recent form, with Piros at roughly 70 percent wins in his last 10 matches compared to Moeller’s 60 percent, keeping the matchup competitive.
