The 2026 Chinese Super League standings reveal intense parity behind leader Chengdu Rongcheng, with Qingdao West Coast, Dalian Yingbo, Yunnan Yukun, Shandong Taishan, Beijing Guoan, and Chongqing Tonglianglong separated by just a handful of points after roughly 21-22 matches. This cluster, combined with point deductions imposed on several traditional clubs including Shanghai Port and Shanghai Shenhua for prior violations, has elevated promoted sides and mid-table teams into realistic contention for second place. Recent results, squad depth, and fixture congestion continue to compress probabilities across the field, as no single challenger has established consistent separation in the tightly contested title race.
