This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the champion of the Peru Liga 1. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Peru Liga 1 per the rules of Peru Liga 1 (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Peru Liga 1; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The tightly bunched probabilities around 46-47% across a broad field of Liga 1 contenders underscore an unusually open title race midway through the 2026 Apertura. Alianza Lima sits atop the table with the best recent results and goal difference, yet Los Chankas, Cienciano, and Universitario remain within striking distance thanks to strong home records and consistent attacking output. Mid-table sides such as FBC Melgar, Sporting Cristal, and Cusco FC continue to pick up points through improved defensive organization and favorable fixtures, while lower-ranked clubs retain mathematical hope via the league's split-season format and potential playoff qualification paths. This balance of form, squad depth, and schedule parity has kept trader sentiment evenly divided with no single side pulling clear.
