If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Scottish Premiership for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Scottish Premiership (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Scottish Premiership; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Scottish Premiership title race for 2026-27 remains wide open early in the campaign, with the season kicking off in late July and initial results showing parity across several clubs. Celtic enter as the most resourced side with a track record of recent dominance, yet Rangers’ summer rebuild under Derek McInnes has strengthened their squad depth and competitiveness in Old Firm fixtures. Heart of Midlothian carry momentum from a strong prior season, while Aberdeen, Hibernian, Motherwell, and St Mirren have posted solid starts or added targeted reinforcements that position them for European pushes or surprise challenges. This depth of viable contenders, combined with the league’s split format and variable European commitments, sustains tight implied probabilities across the field as no club has established clear separation after the opening matches.
