This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2027 AFC Asian Cup. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2027 AFC Asian Cup per the rules of the AFC (e.g., they are eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If the 2027 AFC Asian Cup is cancelled, postponed after February 19, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from the AFC; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Iran leads the 2027 AFC Asian Cup winner market at 51.5% amid a tight cluster of outcomes near 50%, reflecting the depth across Asia’s elite national teams. The final 24-team field completed qualification in mid-2026, with groups drawn in May that placed several contenders—including Iran in a relatively favorable Group C alongside Syria, Kyrgyzstan, and China—into positions offering realistic knockout paths. Recent FIFA World Cup 2026 results highlighted both the progress and inconsistencies among sides such as Iran, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Uzbekistan, and Saudi Arabia, whose hosting duties add home-soil advantages in Riyadh venues. Coach continuity for Iran under Amir Ghalenoei and the presence of experienced squads from multiple confederation powerhouses sustain the competitive balance, keeping implied probabilities clustered without a clear standout.
