The 2026-27 Croatian HNL season remains tightly contested for most clean sheets because no club has established clear defensive dominance after the opening rounds. Historical records show Dinamo Zagreb, Hajduk Split, Rijeka, and Osijek consistently posting the league’s strongest shutout rates and lowest goals conceded, supported by experienced goalkeepers and organized backlines. Early 2026-27 form reflects similar parity, with Osijek and Varaždin atop the table while several mid-table sides maintain compact structures. Fixture congestion, potential rotation, and squad adjustments across the ten-team division prevent any single side from pulling away in trader pricing, leaving implied probabilities clustered near 50% as the campaign develops.
