If multiple teams are officially awarded third place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 3rd in the 2026-27 NB I (Hungary) season, the market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 NB I (Hungary) season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 3rd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from NB I (Hungary). A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The tight clustering of implied probabilities around 45-46% for a dozen NB I sides reflects the league's early-season parity, with no dominant challenger emerging after seven rounds. Puskás Akadémia and Győri ETO sit atop the table on 12 points, but Vasas, Újpest, Ferencváros, MTK, Kisvárda, Debrecen, and others trail by just a handful of points amid frequent draws and narrow results. Recent form shows attacking openness—multiple teams averaging over two goals per game—combined with defensive vulnerabilities that prevent any side from establishing consistent separation. Squad depth, home/away splits, and fixture congestion will likely keep the battle for third fluid through the autumn.
