This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 Big Ten Championship Game, determining the champion of the Big Ten Conference for the 2026 college football season, currently scheduled for December 5, 2026. If this championship is postponed after December 19, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple teams are declared co-champions, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Big Ten Conference (https://bigten.org); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Ohio State, Oregon, and Indiana headline a deep Big Ten field entering the 2026 season, with each program boasting elite SP+ projections, experienced coaching staffs, and recent national-title pedigree that has kept implied probabilities tightly bunched. Ohio State’s reloaded roster and home-heavy schedule position the Buckeyes as the slight consensus leader, while Oregon’s defensive strength under Dan Lanning and Indiana’s sustained momentum from prior campaigns create realistic paths for any of the trio to reach Indianapolis. A grueling conference slate featuring cross-division travel, rivalry games, and limited margin for error further compresses the race, as even minor setbacks in key matchups can reorder the standings and shift trader sentiment among the top contenders. Lower-tier teams trail significantly due to roster gaps and tougher projected win totals.
