Arsenal enter the 2026-27 Premier League campaign as clear market leaders for most clean sheets, reflecting their dominant defensive record in 2025-26 and targeted summer reinforcements including Ezri Konsa, Piero Hincapié, and Bruno Guimarães to bolster the backline and midfield under Mikel Arteta. David Raya’s consistent shot-stopping and the side’s high-possession style that limits opponent chances have sustained their edge. Manchester City sit next amid a managerial transition to Enzo Maresca following Pep Guardiola’s departure, while Liverpool, Aston Villa, and several mid-table sides cluster lower as traders weigh squad stability, fixture difficulty, and historical form in a season that opens with favorable early matches for established defenses.
