This market will resolve to “Yes” if Donald Trump calls Nicki Minaj “hot” between market creation and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”. Comparative words like “hotter” and “hottest” (e.g. “She’s hotter than me”) will not count. Nouns containing “hot” like “hotty” will not count. Portmanteaus (words blended from two words where parts of each are combined) do not qualify unless the portmanteau clearly contains “hot” as a distinct, unaltered element. A direct reference to Nicki Minaj will qualify even if the individual is not named, so long as it is reasonably clear from context that she is the subject. Any written, verbal, or recorded public statement by Trump qualifies. The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.Recent White House Rose Garden remarks in which President Trump publicly described Nicki Minaj as “so respected and so hot” during a July 2026 luncheon have driven the market to near parity. This explicit compliment, delivered amid her continued alignment with his “common sense” circle and Oval Office access, demonstrates his willingness to use the phrasing again this year. Traders remain split because the comment’s recency leaves open whether additional instances will occur before December 31, while historical patterns show Trump’s unscripted praise for allies can recur unpredictably at rallies, interviews, or events. Any further joint appearance, social media shout-out, or campaign stop before year-end would likely push implied probability sharply toward Yes.
