In the Bordeaux Challenger round of 16 on clay, third seed Terence Atmane (No. 51) faces Titouan Droguet (No. 109) in an all-French matchup, with Droguet holding a 1-0 head-to-head edge from their 2024 U.S. Open qualifying clash on hard courts. Droguet advanced convincingly yesterday, defeating Jacob Fearnley 6-2, 6-7(2), 6-2 behind 86% first-serve points won and six breaks, boosting his strong 7-4 clay record this year after a Montpellier semifinal. Atmane, fresh off a Rome second-round exit to Flavio Cobolli, enters via a first-round bye with a 4-4 clay mark but prior quarterfinal success here in 2025. Trader consensus reflects a tight contest, weighing Atmane's ranking and experience against Droguet's momentum, surface form, and home support.
