The 19-year-old Indian Tyagi, riding home-crowd momentum in Bengaluru, notched straight-sets wins over Taiyo Yamanaka (6-2, 7-5) and Yuta Kawahashi (6-4, 6-4), showcasing resilient returning amid hot conditions. First head-to-head matchup favors Stewart's baseline consistency, though Tyagi's aggression and altitude familiarity add upset potential; no injury reports or withdrawals noted. Semifinal implications heighten stakes for both.
