Recent official forecasts from agencies including the German Weather Service and Met Office indicate Munich will experience mostly clear skies and light easterly winds on September 6, supporting daytime heating to a maximum near 23–24 °C. This places the market’s leading 24 °C outcome (51 % implied probability) in line with model consensus, while the combined 23 °C and 25 °C probabilities reflect typical forecast uncertainty ranges of ±1–2 °C. September climatology, with an average high of 21.2 °C, provides a moderate baseline, and the absence of strong southerly flow or blocking highs limits the chance of exceeding 26 °C. Updated model runs and observational data through September 5 continue to reinforce this narrow temperature window ahead of the market’s resolution.
