Recent official forecasts from agencies like the Japan Meteorological Agency and global models converge on a daily maximum of 26–28°C for Tokyo on September 13, driven by partly cloudy skies, light southerly winds, and modest humidity that limit strong diurnal heating. Morning light rain or overcast conditions are expected to clear by midday, allowing temperatures to peak in the mid-afternoon before modest cooling. This range aligns with climatological norms for mid-September, when Tokyo’s average high sits near 27°C, and recent model runs show limited spread, supporting the market’s heaviest positioning on 27°C and 26°C outcomes. Updated guidance later today or early tomorrow will refine any minor adjustments from steering patterns or cloud cover.
