Traders assign 100% implied probability against Elon Musk ringing the bell because the company staged dual ceremonial events, with Musk delivering remarks and launching trading remotely from Starbase, Texas, rather than appearing in person at the exchange. This approach aligns with prior Musk-led listings and reflects operational realities around the firm's Texas headquarters. No credible last-minute shifts, regulatory hurdles, or technical delays have emerged to alter the outcome.
