Silver prices around $65.50 per ounce reflect sensitivity to real yields and the U.S. dollar amid mixed inflation signals. Softer July CPI data eased some pressure from earlier hot prints, supporting a rebound after volatility that included a sharp correction from 2025 peaks above $84. Industrial demand remains a structural positive amid ongoing market deficits, while monetary factors such as Treasury yields and Fed policy expectations drive near-term swings. Traders monitor upcoming CPI releases, labor data, and any FOMC communications for shifts in rate-cut pricing that could alter the path for XAG/USD through month-end.
