A qualifying announcement must be made through official communication channels of a competent entity such as the studio, distributor, production, or a parent company, or a subsidiary, or authorized representative thereof. Resolution will be based on official statements from competent entities; however, a consensus of credible reporting may be used.Principal photography on The Batman: Part II began in June 2026 at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden with additional location work in London, Liverpool, and Glasgow, giving the project firm momentum toward its February 18, 2028 release. The latest delay, announced in July alongside Matt Reeves’ first camera-test footage of Robert Pattinson’s winter-set Batman, was framed as additional post-production time rather than a production halt.
