In the final of the ATP Challenger Bengaluru 2 on hard courts, higher-ranked American Keegan Smith enters with a career-high ranking of 289 and a 24-13 record in 2026, including an 8-7 mark on the surface. He reached the title match after dropping just one set across four wins, highlighted by a semifinal victory over Ilya Ivashka. Australian Philip Sekulic, ranked 357 with an 18-10 ledger entirely on hard this season, advanced through strong showings in prior Indian events and has dropped one set en route to his first Challenger final. With no prior head-to-head record, the matchup pits Smith’s experience and serving edge against Sekulic’s recent consistency, shaping trader consensus around Smith’s edge while acknowledging the first-time pairing’s inherent unpredictability on a fast hard surface.
