Forecast models from sources including GFS and European agencies indicate a peak temperature of 18–19°C in Amsterdam on September 18, 2026, under partly cloudy skies with moderate westerly winds. This aligns with the climatological average high of roughly 18.9°C for the date and follows a September that has run slightly below long-term norms overall. Current observations show readings near 17–18°C midday with limited diurnal rise expected, keeping odds of 20°C or higher minimal. Traders have concentrated positions on the 18°C and 19°C outcomes because official forecasts and ensemble guidance show tight clustering around these values, with resolution hinging on the precise daily maximum reported by monitoring stations.
