Recent forecasts from global and regional models indicate a daytime high near 27°C in Tokyo on September 13, driven by a shift from overnight cloud cover and light rain to partly cloudy afternoon conditions under a light southerly flow. This pattern, following cooler and wetter conditions on September 12, supports the market's emphasis on 27°C as the leading outcome, with 26°C and 28°C reflecting typical forecast uncertainty ranges of 1–2°C. Historical September averages near 27°C and the absence of strong high-pressure ridging or frontal systems further align trader consensus with these central probabilities ahead of the official daily maximum from the Japan Meteorological Agency.
