Peggy Flanagan holds a dominant position in trader assessments for the Ramsey County outcome in Minnesota’s Democratic U.S. Senate primary, driven by her expanding statewide lead in recent Public Policy Polling surveys and her decisive win of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party endorsement after the May convention. With the August 11 primary only days away, her advantages in grassroots organization, labor backing, and endorsements from figures including Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter align with expected strength in the urban, progressive-leaning St. Paul area. Angie Craig’s higher fundraising and outside spending have not narrowed the gap in head-to-head polling, leaving limited room for shifts before votes are cast. The market pricing reflects these late-campaign dynamics and the short timeline remaining.

If two or more candidates are tied on valid votes, ties will be broken by alphabetical order of the candidates' last names. This market will resolve to the candidate that occupies the highest finishing position after applying this ranking.
If the Ramsey County results of this election are not definitively known by December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other."
