Incumbent Democrat Susie Lee faces Republican Marty O'Donnell in Nevada's 3rd congressional district for the November 3, 2026 general election. The seat carries a Cook Partisan Voter Index of D+1, reflecting a modest Democratic lean based on recent presidential voting patterns. Lee secured comfortable renomination in the June primaries after winning the prior two cycles by narrow margins of roughly 3 points each. Major forecasters including Cook Political Report, Inside Elections, and Sabato's Crystal Ball rate the race Lean Democratic, citing the incumbent's established position and the district's underlying partisan composition. Traders price the Democratic nominee at 84.5% implied probability, consistent with historical advantages for sitting members in similar terrain and the absence of major recent shifts in polling or campaign dynamics.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
