Recent projections from industry trackers like Hits Daily Double place Drake’s Iceman in the 480,000–520,000 equivalent-unit range for its debut week, anchoring trader consensus around the 450k–550k brackets that together command nearly 80% of the market. The May 15 release alongside surprise companion albums Habibti and Maid of Honour created a high-volume streaming surge across platforms, yet the simultaneous drop also raises questions about potential cannibalization of pure album sales. Early Spotify and chart tracking data, combined with Drake’s established Billboard 200 dominance, continue to support the frontrunner range while leaving room for adjustments once final first-week figures are certified.
