Drake's surprise drop of three albums on May 15—including Iceman—has fueled trader expectations for a blockbuster debut, with industry trackers like Hits Daily Double projecting 480,000–520,000 equivalent album units for the lead project. This aligns with the market's tightest odds clustering in the 450k–550k range, reflecting strong pre-release streaming momentum and Drake's track record of dominating first-week consumption. The simultaneous releases create a collective boost in overall numbers while splitting chart attention, which explains why probabilities for 600k+ remain modest at 11%. Traders are watching the upcoming Billboard 200 update for confirmation, as final streaming and sales data could still shift outcomes within the narrow leading bands.
