The closely bunched implied probabilities around 48% across constructors reflect the 2026 regulation reset, which has narrowed performance gaps through revised power units and active aerodynamics. Mercedes leads the constructors' standings with consistent points from Antonelli and Russell, yet McLaren's recent Hungary upgrades delivered Norris's first win of the season and signal momentum heading into Zandvoort. Ferrari's mixed results, including fourth- and fifth-place finishes there last time out, leave questions about reliability under the new rules, while Red Bull continues to extract podiums despite Verstappen's ongoing car feedback issues. The demanding, banked Zandvoort layout adds another layer of uncertainty, favoring teams that optimize high-speed stability and tire management in potentially variable conditions. This combination of regulatory flux, recent form shifts, and circuit-specific demands keeps the field highly competitive heading into the weekend.
