The Atlanta Braves enter the series against the San Francisco Giants with a commanding 45-23 record and first place in the NL East, bolstered by strong offensive production despite day-to-day concerns for Ronald Acuña Jr. with a left hamstring issue and Kyle Farmer on the 10-day IL with a forearm strain. The Giants sit at 28-41 and fourth in the NL West, hampered by multiple absences including Heliot Ramos on the IL with a right quad strain and Matt Gage sidelined by knee inflammation. Recent roster health and pitching depth favor Atlanta across the interleague matchup, with home-field advantage at Truist Park for the opening games and Oracle Park later in the set.
