This market will resolve to the manager who wins the 2026 National League Manager of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the manager whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Trader consensus positions Atlanta Braves skipper Walt Weiss as the narrow frontrunner for NL Manager of the Year, fueled by his club’s MLB-best record through mid-May and a seamless first-season transition from longtime bench coach. Weiss has instilled sharper baserunning discipline and clubhouse cohesion, lifting a roster that exceeded modest preseason expectations. Pittsburgh’s Don Kelly sits close behind on the strength of the Pirates’ surprising contender status despite a brutal early schedule and limited resources, while Chicago’s Craig Counsell maintains momentum guiding the Cubs to the top of the NL Central amid key injuries. The field remains tightly bunched below 30 percent implied probability, underscoring how quickly June stretch-run results, divisional leads, and overachievement narratives can reshape BBWAA voter sentiment before the campaign’s decisive final months.
