If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading.SpaceX has accelerated its IPO timeline following a confidential SEC filing in early April, with plans now targeting a public prospectus filing imminently, roadshow in early June, pricing around June 11, and Nasdaq listing as soon as June 12 under ticker SPCX. Traders are focused on the company's reported revenue trajectory—around $15 billion in 2025 with Starlink satellite broadband driving most growth—and ambitious expansion into space-based AI data centers and multi-planetary infrastructure. Recent reports highlight potential valuations near $1.5–1.75 trillion, supported by reusable rocket operations, government contracts, and competitive positioning in the space economy against rivals like Blue Origin and international launch providers. Key near-term catalysts include the final prospectus details and market reception amid broader tech sector volatility.
