Alphabet's Q1 2026 results, with revenue rising 22% to $109.9 billion and Google Cloud surging 63% to $20 billion, reinforced AI infrastructure momentum and drove the stock to an all-time high near $402 in mid-May before a pullback to the $359–360 range as of June 12. Traders are weighing sustained double-digit growth and operating margins near 36% against elevated 2026 capital expenditures of $180–190 billion, which have pressured valuations from recent peaks. With shares up roughly 15% year-to-date amid broader tech rotation, the July earnings release represents the next key catalyst likely to influence near-term price discovery and implied probabilities around key June closing levels.
