The 2026 NFL season's early parity, driven by widespread roster upgrades and balanced projected win totals around 10-11.5 games for a dozen-plus contenders, has produced tight market pricing for the best regular-season record. Teams like the Rams, Seahawks, Bills, Ravens, Eagles, and Jaguars enter with elite talent infusions—such as Los Angeles's defensive additions of Myles Garrett and Aaron Donald—yet face comparable schedule strengths and injury variables that limit separation. Week 1 results and updated Elo models show no dominant frontrunner, with NFC West and AFC North depth plus coaching transitions further spreading implied probabilities across the field and elevating "Other" as a viable outcome in a variance-heavy 17-game slate.

If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed team to finish the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the best regular season record, the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If two or more teams finish tied for the best regular season record, this market will resolve in favor of the tied team with the greater regular season point differential (points scored minus points allowed). If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied team with more regular season points scored. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 24, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or the final regular season standings have not been officially determined within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL (https://www.nfl.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
