SpaceX is accelerating its IPO timeline toward a Nasdaq listing under ticker SPCX as early as June 12, following a confidential SEC filing in April and a faster-than-expected review process. Recent reports indicate the company is targeting a $1.5 trillion to $1.75 trillion valuation while seeking to raise $50 billion to $75 billion, positioning the debut as potentially the largest in history. Key drivers include strong demand for Starlink satellite services, progress on Starship development for high-volume launches, and integration of AI-related initiatives. Traders are watching the upcoming roadshow starting June 4 and pricing on June 11 for signals on final market cap, with historical mega-IPOs showing how execution and market conditions can shift closing valuations on debut day.
