Strong pre-release tracking and an unprecedented $309 million promotional campaign have fueled trader confidence that Spider-Man: Brand New Day will surpass Avengers: Endgame’s domestic opening weekend record of $357 million. Recent estimates from 4,300 theaters now range from $260–300 million domestically, with bullish analysts citing Tom Holland’s draw and escalating buzz as the film nears its August release. Industry narratives highlight Spider-Man: No Way Home’s $260 million debut as precedent for massive superhero launches, while guild and critic momentum remains secondary to box-office metrics. The weekend’s final numbers serve as the key catalyst that could lock in or shift the current 76.5% implied probability.
