Victor Wembanyama's interior dominance and perimeter efficiency for San Antonio created matchup-driven scoring opportunities in several contests, while the Knicks' defensive schemes and transition play limited consistent 40-plus outputs from other players. Close margins in multiple games and Brunson's usage as the primary creator further elevated the likelihood of elevated single-game totals, with the series concluding on June 13.
