Trader sentiment strongly backs "No" on Elon Musk securing full custody of the St. Clair child, reflected in the 92.3% market-implied probability. Family courts routinely favor shared custody absent clear evidence of unfitness, and Musk's high-profile schedule with multiple business commitments and other children creates practical barriers to sole parental rights. Confirmed public statements from both parties have emphasized ongoing co-parenting rather than outright conflict, aligning with typical outcomes in celebrity custody matters. While an unexpected shift in filings or new allegations could alter momentum, historical precedents show full-custody resolutions in such cases remain rare without decisive legal thresholds being met.
