Both South Korean players meet in the WTT Contender Zagreb 2026 men's singles final, with An Jaehyun entering on stronger recent momentum after a 3-1 semifinal victory over Chen Yuanyu and earlier straight-sets wins. An, ranked around 18th globally, has shown consistent attacking play and recovery from prior team-event losses. Lim Jonghoon, a former top-11 player now ranked lower, advanced with a win over Dimitrij Ovtcharov but has appeared less sharp at times during the event. As compatriots with extensive practice exposure, stylistic familiarity and left-handed shakehand elements from Lim add matchup complexity. Recent tournament results and current form shape trader views on this high-level table tennis encounter.
