Recent polling for Berlin’s September 20 Abgeordnetenhaus election shows Die Linke, CDU, AfD, Grüne, and SPD clustered between roughly 12% and 22%, producing a fragmented field where fourth place remains highly contested. The July resignation of CDU lead candidate Kai Wegner amid criticism over a major power outage, followed by Stefan Evers’s replacement, has contributed to volatility in the center-right vote. Trader consensus reflected in current pricing highlights this uncertainty, with multiple parties holding comparable implied probabilities for finishing fourth. Scheduled campaign events and final-week polling shifts before election day could still reorder the middle rankings.
