Glean's latest reported valuation stands at $7.2 billion following its June 2025 Series F round of $150 million, which marked a nearly 57% increase from the prior $4.6 billion Series E. Primary drivers include rapid revenue expansion, with ARR doubling to $200 million by early 2026 amid strong enterprise adoption of its permissions-aware knowledge graph and Agentic Engine for AI-powered search and collaboration. Broader AI funding momentum and model-agnostic positioning against competitors like Microsoft 365 Copilot support continued growth, though no new rounds have been announced since mid-2025. Traders monitoring the December 31, 2026 deadline should watch for potential follow-on financing, major customer wins, or shifts in private-market multiples for high-growth AI firms, as these would directly influence any revaluation.
