**The GA-11 race features Republican nominee John Cowan facing Democrat Chris Harden and independent Natalie Richoz in the November 3, 2026 general election.** Barry Loudermilk’s February 2026 retirement opened the seat, but the Republican primary runoff on June 16 produced Cowan as nominee after he secured roughly two-thirds of the vote. The Democratic primary delivered Chris Harden outright in May. Georgia’s majority-vote rule triggers a runoff only if no candidate exceeds 50 percent. The district’s R+12 partisan voting index, consistent GOP performance in recent cycles, and limited Democratic infrastructure make a decisive Republican margin the dominant scenario priced by traders. No major polling shifts, scandals, or late developments have emerged since the primaries to alter that assessment. The 94.5 percent implied probability for an outright winner therefore reflects the district’s structural Republican advantage and the absence of conditions likely to force a December runoff.
