Official National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model guidance point to a minimum temperature near 64–67°F in New York City on September 14, driven by post-frontal clearing, northwest winds, and reduced humidity after showers expected the prior day. Recent model runs show limited spread around this range, with high pressure building and daytime highs near 75–76°F supporting radiational cooling overnight. The closely matched market-implied odds on extremes reflect trader caution over potential forecast shifts from lingering moisture or wind variations, while mid-range bins capture the consensus central tendency. Updated NWS briefings and morning model cycles on September 13 will provide the next key data points for resolution.
