Incumbent Democrat Lucy McBath faces Republican Kevin Martin in Georgia's 6th congressional district on November 3, 2026. The Atlanta suburban and exurban seat carries a strong Democratic tilt, reflected in McBath's 74.7 percent victory in 2024 and consistent primary dominance. Traders assign the Democratic nominee a 94.5 percent implied probability, driven by the district's partisan voting index, fundraising advantages, and absence of competitive primary challenges or late-breaking controversies. A Republican upset would require an unprecedented national shift or localized disruption such as candidate withdrawal or major scandal, outcomes that remain remote given historical patterns in similarly rated districts.
