Alphabet (GOOGL) trades in the mid-$340s following its July 22 Q2 2026 earnings release, where revenue rose 24% year-over-year to $119.8 billion and Google Cloud surged 82% to $24.8 billion, exceeding estimates. Elevated capital expenditures, now guided at $195–205 billion for the full year to support AI infrastructure, have pressured free cash flow into negative territory and contributed to recent share-price consolidation below the May 2026 peak near $409. With the August 25 close at $346.96 and average daily volume around 20–25 million shares, trader sentiment reflects a balance between robust AI-driven demand in search and cloud against higher near-term spending intensity and broader technology-sector volatility.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
If the specified day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the market will use the last valid Pyth price achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange as the effective closing price.
