Recent National Weather Service forecasts project a daily maximum near 100°F for Dallas on September 6 under building high pressure, clear skies, and light southeast winds, with heat indices potentially reaching 109°F amid elevated humidity. This aligns with recent observations of 99–100°F readings on September 4–5 and exceeds the 1991–2020 normal high of 92.5°F. Model consensus supports upper-90s to low-100s outcomes, though minor shifts in timing or local heating could alter the precise peak. Trader-implied probabilities concentrate on the 98–101°F range, reflecting the tight forecast envelope and limited downside risk from precipitation or stronger mixing.
