Recent National Weather Service and model consensus point to an overnight low in the upper 70s°F for Miami on September 7, shaped by high atmospheric moisture, light variable winds, and scattered thunderstorm activity that limits radiational cooling. Subtropical conditions with dew points near 76–78°F and no significant frontal passage keep minimum temperatures elevated above the long-term September average of roughly 77°F, favoring the 78–79°F bin at 44% market-implied odds. The closely contested 76–77°F outcome at 37% reflects uncertainty in exact cloud cover and rainfall timing, while lower probabilities for 80°F+ or sub-76°F outcomes align with the narrow historical range and absence of unusual synoptic drivers. Updated model runs and surface observations through September 6 evening will provide the final resolution inputs.
