The strong Republican lean of Georgia’s 11th District, rated Solid R with a partisan voting index around R+12, underpins trader consensus at 69.6% for an outright winner on November 3, 2026. Barry Loudermilk’s retirement opened the seat, but the completed Republican primary runoff produced nominee John Cowan, while Democrat Chris Harden advanced from his May primary. The district’s 2024 results, in which the GOP incumbent exceeded 65%, combined with the absence of competitive polling, major fundraising shifts, or campaign events, support expectations that the Republican will clear the 50% threshold required to avoid a Georgia runoff. No structural changes in the electorate or late developments have altered this positioning.
