Collarini and Kicker, both established Argentine players with multiple Challenger doubles titles between them, enter this Tucumán clay-court matchup as clear favorites after reaching an ATP 250 doubles final together earlier in 2026 and showing strong recent form at the Challenger level. Their experience on South American red clay and proven partnership give them an edge in a home-country event. Aguilar Cardozo, a young Uruguayan, and De La Fuente, an Argentine, are lower-ranked and less experienced at this level but have posted solid ITF doubles results recently; they advanced through early rounds here and benefit from local knowledge on the slow surface. The quarterfinal features two all-Argentine-influenced teams with limited prior head-to-head data, making recent form, serve effectiveness, and net play key variables on the heavy clay.
