Recent forecasts for Lucknow on September 7 indicate a high near 29–31°C under persistent monsoon cloud cover and widespread thunderstorms, with models showing 80–100% rain probability and light easterly winds limiting daytime heating. High humidity near 80% and frequent precipitation suppress maximum temperatures below the September climatological average of roughly 33°C, creating tight clustering around 30°C outcomes. Official Indian Meteorological Department observations from early September show daily maxima 1–2°C below normal amid active monsoon rainfall, while ensemble guidance highlights uncertainty in the exact timing and intensity of convective cells that could briefly allow brief clearing and a push toward 32°C or hold readings near 29°C. Traders are weighting the balance of these variables in the closely matched leading probabilities.
