**Forecast models from sources like GFS and local agencies point to a daytime high near 22°C in Paris on September 10, 2026, under partly cloudy skies with light westerly winds and minimal precipitation risk.** This aligns with the market's strong implied probability (59.5%) for 22°C as the peak temperature, followed by 23°C (18.5%) and 21°C (15.5%). September climatology shows a typical cooling trend from summer peaks, with historical averages around 21–23°C for early September in the Paris region. Current high-pressure influence and stable atmospheric conditions suppress significant warming or cooling, keeping the outcome tightly clustered. Official forecasts consistently project afternoon maxima of 21–22°C (roughly 70–71°F), with overnight lows near 11–14°C and low humidity supporting moderate daytime readings without extreme variability. Traders appear to weigh the narrow model consensus and short time horizon to resolution, where minor forecast adjustments could shift odds between 21–23°C but are unlikely to push extremes. Updated model runs or real-time observations on the day itself remain the key variables that could refine these probabilities.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=lfpb
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
